Kale Raspberry Mango Green Juice
1 cup baby kale leaves lightly packed
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon stevia
Add kale, raspberries, mango, orange juice, lime juice, stevia and ice cubes to the jar of a blender with ice-crushing ability. Make sure the lid is on tight. Blend the ingredients until they are relatively smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula as needed, about 20 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
*If the drink is too thick for your blender, add more orange juice 1 Tablespoon at a time.
Makes 1 (8 ounce) serving.
