One of my favorite ways to speed up my metabolism is by drinking a couple cups of green tea every day! I like to mix yummy flavors like passion fruit with green tea for a delicious flavor that I actually enjoy more than soda! I also happen to love spicy food which is convenient because cayenne and other hot peppers also boost metabolism. And then, whole grains and grapefruit are known to be metabolic boosters too.
