Thanks for your question! Are you sure that your fish was cooked properly, and was fresh? Because I actually don’t like fish that’s overcooked or not fresh either! I would also recommend trying as many types of fish as you can, because there are tons with very different flavors and textures. It could be that you just haven’t yet found the one that’s right for you!
If you really have tried all types of fish and you’re sure that you don’t like any of it – then don’t beat yourself up! Everyone has unique tastes and preferences, and you can absolutely still enjoy eating a healthy and balanced diet that’s full of foods that you personally love! There are tons of other ways to get enough lean protein. Try making your meals with chicken or turkey breast instead! TOO much fish can cause mercury poisoning anyway, so watch out for that if you do decide to to keep eating it.
