Passionfruit Green Juice
1/2 cup cucumber slices (3 ounces)
Pulp from 2 Passionfruit (Scant 1/4 cup, 1.7 ounces)
1 cup fresh spinach leaves (0.5 ounces)
1/4 cup parsley (0.3 ounces)
6 ice cubes
Add cucumber, passionfruit, spinach, parsley, water and ice cubes to the jar of a blender with ice-crushing ability. Make sure the lid is on tight. Blend the ingredients until they are relatively smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula as needed, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
