1 cup fresh spinach leaves lightly packed
3/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
3/4 cup frozen chopped strawberries
1/4 cup light coconut milk
1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 packet (30 g) stevia sweetened pina colada protein powder
4 ice cubes
Add spinach, pineapple, strawberries, coconut milk, almond milk, protein powder, and ice cubes to the jar of a blender with ice-crushing ability. Make sure the lid is on tight. Blend the ingredients until they are relatively smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula as needed, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
