Apple Ginger Greens Juice

Ingredients

1/2 Small gala apple Cut into slices
1/2 cup cucumber slices
2 cups fresh spinach leaves lightly packed
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Truvia
6 ice cubes
100% apple juice

Apple Ginger Greens Juice

Instructions

Add apple, cucumber, spinach, ginger, lemon juice, Truvia and ice cubes to the jar of a blender with ice-crushing ability. Make sure the lid is on tight. Blend the ingredients until they are smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender with a rubber spatula as needed, about 20 seconds. Serve immediately.

* I make this without any apple juice. However, if you don’t have a high-powered blender and find the mixture doesn’t blend, add as little as possible to make it blend.

Makes 1 (8 ounce) serving.
